I took the family to the Algarve for a fortnights beach holiday and of course took a fishing rod with me.
The kids just wanted me to play with them, so I obliged and didn’t do much fishing.
I did however manage to find some decent accessible fishing at the entrance of Portimao Harbour – and caught a fish first cast.
